By downloading or using the Photo Cleaner app, these terms apply to you. Please read them carefully. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app or our trademarks. The app and all related intellectual property rights remain with the app developer.

The app developer may update Photo Cleaner or change how features are offered, including optional paid features. We will not charge you without making pricing and scope clear at the point of purchase.

Photo Cleaner interacts with photos and videos on your device. You are responsible for backups before deleting files, for confirming what you remove from the system library, and for keeping your device and Secret Space passcode secure. We recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which can weaken security and cause the app to malfunction.

Some features may require an internet connection (for example validating subscriptions). The app developer is not responsible for reduced functionality when you are offline or out of data.

If you use the app on mobile data outside Wi‑Fi, your carrier’s rates and roaming rules apply. You accept responsibility for data charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm you have permission to use the app.

You are responsible for keeping your device charged and maintained. The app developer is not liable for loss arising solely from battery or hardware issues.

Photo Cleaner relies on system APIs and on-device analysis. While we strive for accuracy (for example when suggesting similar or blurred items), suggestions are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free. You remain solely responsible for which files you delete or move. The developer is not liable for loss of photos, videos, or other data resulting from your actions inside the app.

We may release updates; continued use may require installing them. We may stop providing the app. Upon termination, your license ends and you should stop using and may delete the app from your device.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Optional subscriptions or purchases are billed by Apple according to your Apple ID settings. Features, pricing, and trial terms shown in the app or on the App Store at the time of purchase apply. Cancel or manage renewals through your Apple account.

Photo library, Secret Space, and deletions

Photo Cleaner helps you review and remove media to free space. Deleting items from your library or removing originals after import to Secret Space may be irreversible. You understand that:

• You should maintain backups of important media outside the app
• Automated suggestions (similar, blurred, etc.) are aids, not recommendations you must follow
• Import and “delete original” flows affect your system photo library according to the choices you confirm in the app
• Misuse, abuse, or attempts to circumvent platform rules may result in suspension of access to paid features where applicable

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
